The magistrate after much deliberations granted bail to all ten of the arraigned suspects. Four other suspects are still at large. US army flying drones over Baghdad - official

The US military is flying armed
drones over Baghdad to defend
American troops and diplomats in
the Iraqi capital if necessary, a
senior US official said Friday.

"For the last 24 to 48 hours, we've started
that," the official, who spoke on condition of
anonymity, told AFP, confirming earlier media
reports.
The move comes after the United States
deployed 180 troops as military advisers in
recent days to help the Iraqi government
army fend off the advance of Sunni militants,
who have captured territory north and west of
the capital.

Pastor Caught For Having 3some With Two Sisters In Lagos

A 49-year-old pastor, Friday Arthur, has
been charged before an Igbosere
Magistrates'Court in Lagos for the alleged
defiling of two under-aged sisters aged 10
and 11 in Lagos.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Victor Eruada, told the
court that Arthur committed the offence
between March 28 and April 6 at the Ikota
Housing Estate section of Lekki, Lagos.
Sgt. Eruada said the pastor had, at various
times, lured girls into his room and defiled
them… He explained that the offence violated
Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos,
2011. Section 137 prescribes life
imprisonment proper convicted of the offence
of defiling a child.
Arthur, who resides at No. 856, Ikota
Housing Estate, Lekki, Lagos, is facing a
demand of defilement. The 2 sisters and their
female guardian were in court.
Surprisingly, once the charges were read to
him, Pastor Arthur pleaded not guilty. The
Magistrate, Mrs Linda Balogun, granted the
pastor N500,000 bail with two sureties and
adjourned the case till May 27.

Piriz, who has 22 grand-children, said
football authorities had been watching
Suarez from the outset.
"This was on purpose," she said of the
sanctions given to the brilliant but volatile
Suarez, who has been punished three times
now for biting and once for racism.
"They had their eyes on him to see what he
does. It's barbaric what they've done to him,"
Piriz Da Rosa added. "I'm his granny and I
love my boy loads!" Piriz Da Rosa said.
Uruguay striker Luis Suarez is out of the
World Cup after being handed a nine-match
ban by FIFA for biting Italian defender
Giorgio Chiellini during their Group D game.
The world's governing body said Thursday
that Suarez is also banned from any football-
related activity or from entering any football
stadium for four months, meaning the
Liverpool striker will miss the start of the
Premier League and the Champions League
season.
It is the biggest match ban ever imposed by
FIFA at a World Cup and follows similar
incidents involving Suarez.
